Al & John's journey has been marked by a commitment to treating each client's property as if it were our own, a philosophy that has earned them the trust and loyalty of homeowners across Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte, and Cape Coral.
Co-owners John Nardozzi and Al Williams, have a combined experience spanning decades in the construction and home services industry.
John Nardozzi holds a BS degree from SUNY Brockport and brings 18 years of experience as the Owner and Operator of Affordable Seal Coating and Paving Company, along with 10 years leading Rochester Construction Group.
Al Williams, was a commercial construction director at Legacy Builders and Developers, a commercial pilot and the Owner and Operator of CSI Construction, with additional experience at Upstate Drywall and Acoustical.
Together, John and Al combine their extensive knowledge and expertise to ensure the highest standards of service for every project they undertake.
